Environmental Consulting Services, LLC (ECS) was established in Billings, MT in 1994 and offers a wide variety of environmental services to our clients. We are motivated to offer you our suite of services with extensive knowledge in the areas of: air quality, water quality, contaminated soils / hazardous spills, SPCC, SWPPP, and Phase I & II ESAs. We work hard to provide our clients with comprehensive environmental services while maintaining a smart, low-overhead cost profile for business structure which passes on competitive rates to our customers.
